Thank you for supporting Whales Tails Vermont. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or color/design preference. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at elias@whalestailsvt.com and we'll see what we can do to help.
What we do allow: If you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at elias@whalestailsvt.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
What we do not accept: Returns for non-defective items, or if item was used, washed, altered, or not in original condition.
